If you do not agree with these terms, you are not permitted to use the website or make any transaction through our online store.
In addition, registration or order submission automatically implies acceptance of all the terms of use.

EIDOLIA reserves the right to make changes or updates to the content, terms, and conditions governing the transactions of this online store whenever it deems necessary. User obligations and responsibility

Shipping Methods & Costs
Orders are shipped via:
- ACS Courier (simple shipping cost is 4€, while cash-on-delivery service is charged an additional 2€)
- BOXNOW (shipping cost is 2.50€)
The estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days for all of Greece and 3–5 business days for hard-to-reach areas.
In case of delay in your order, please contact us immediately so that the issue can be resolved.
Product Exchanges
You have the option to exchange your order within 14 days from the date of receipt. After 14 days, no exchange is accepted for any reason.
Exchanges are only made if the product has not been worn and is in its original condition. A quality check follows, and if it is found that there is no damage, we proceed with shipping the new product.

The exchange can be made with a product of equal or greater value.
The exchange costs are 5€ and are charged exclusively to the buyer.
Parcels are returned only via ACS Courier, with recipient-pays. In case of shipping with another courier company, the costs are borne exclusively by the customer, otherwise the parcel is not accepted and is returned to the sender.
The shipping of the new parcel to the customer is free.
Exchanges on earrings are not made for hygiene reasons.
In case the product is received damaged or defective, please contact us on the same day. Immediate replacement will be made.
The company is obliged to replace a product for defects found within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, EIDOLIA bears no responsibility, however, upon consultation, a replacement may be carried out.
Refund
A refund option is provided within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. After 14 days, no return is accepted.
Returns are accepted only if the product has not been worn, is in its original condition, and successfully passes the quality control. Only then is the refund processed.

The refund is completed within 5 business days from the receipt of the parcel, to a bank account you will indicate to us.

From the final refund amount, shipping costs of 5€ are deducted.
Personal data
We process and use your personal data, based on Law 2472/1997 and its relevant amendments, only if you have given your explicit permission. Remember, by using any part of this website, you accept and agree to the confidentiality practices.
The company EIDOLIA uses the personal information of registered users and/or customers of its e-shop for the following reasons:

The exception is the case where specific information is requested by court decision by the organs of the Law. You can check your personal data by going to the “My Account” section. From there you can make changes to your details. If you wish to delete your personal information, you just have to inform our company in writing, at the email: info@eidolia.gr. Personal security is the password you give when you become a member. To present any personal information of yours, the user email and password must first be given. For this reason, these details must not be exposed to third parties.
