Product Exchanges

If you wish to exchange part or all of your order, this is possible within 10 business days from the date of receipt. After 10 business days, no exchange or return will be accepted, regardless of the reason.

Exchanges are only accepted if the product has not been worn and is in its original condition. A quality check follows, and if it is found that the product has no damage, we proceed with sending the new product.

The exchange can be made with any product of equal or greater value.
The exchange cost is 5€ and is charged exclusively to the buyer.

Parcels are returned only via ACS Courier or Box Now, with recipient-pays. In case of shipping with another courier company, the costs are borne exclusively by the customer. Otherwise, the parcel is not accepted and is returned to the sender.
The shipping of the new product to the customer is free.

Exchanges on earrings are not made for hygiene reasons.

Defective Products

In case you receive a product with damage or defect, please contact us on the same day of receipt. In this case, immediate replacement of the product is made with free shipping for the first exchange.

Refund

A refund option is provided within 10 business days from the date of receipt of the order. After 10 days, no return will be accepted for any reason.

Returns are only accepted if the product has not been worn, is in its original condition, and successfully passes the necessary quality control. Only then is the refund processed.

The return costs are 5€ and are charged exclusively to the buyer (concerns the return shipping costs of the order).

Parcels are returned only via ACS Courier or Box Now, with recipient-pays. In case of shipping with a different courier company, the costs are borne exclusively by the customer and the parcel is not accepted, resulting in it being returned.

The refund is processed within 10 business days from the receipt of the parcel at our facilities, to a bank account that you will indicate to us.

The following details are required:

  • IBAN or bank account number
  • Full name of beneficiary
  • Deposit bank

From the total refund amount, the return shipping costs of 7€ are deducted.
